Yes you can write the list and upload it . You will still have to fill in personal fields and add your sponsor’s email address.

The expanding online diaspora communities are more than happy to connect with local stores in your neighborhood for their families. This will expand your customer base and increase your earnings.

Yes you can sign up as your own sponsor and shop.

We do not have subscriptions at the moment but if you think you will need consistent or special services then reach out to us for discussing.

All orders are processed overnight for next day delivery or pick up.

All orders should be made by 4 pm.

Refunds

To request a refund due to order issues, you must make your request within 7 days of delivery.
Let us know as soon as possible if your order—
• Is missing items that you were charged for on the final receipt
• Contains damaged, spoiled, or otherwise unusable items

Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to see the funds in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank.

Note: Refunds are subject to certain conditions.

Returns

The return will be subject to the store’s return policies, which vary by retailer.
Please note— Select retailers allow you to return an item with your digital Groserylist receipt.

We pay via PayPal. If you have a special payment request, send us an email with details.

As soon as the purchase is finalized.

All earnings are visible in your affiliate dashboard.

After the items in your order have been picked and packed, a personal shopper will start the delivery process. In some cases, the person who shops your order may not be the one who delivers it.

To make sure you get your delivery as scheduled, we recommend—
• Keeping an eye out for text messages and phone calls from the delivery driver
• Leaving helpful instructions for parking, gate codes, or other clues to find your home.

If the delivery driver can’t find your location, they’ll try to get in touch with you via text message or phone call before taking further action. Unless you specifically request for them to do so, drivers are unable to leave an order unattended. Orders containing alcohol can never be left unattended.

When a customer can’t be found or contacted for an extended period of time, the order may be cancelled.

This fee helps support the Groserylist platform and covers a broad range of operating costs including insurance, background checks, and customer support.
